Refunds

Case Files and other downloads are digital. If a file doesn't open, is missing pages, or isn't what the page described, email us within 30 days and we'll fix it or refund you in full. No forms, no fuss.

Because the files can't be returned, we don't offer refunds for change of mind once a file has been downloaded, but if something went wrong, just ask.
